Convenient Toilet

Convenient

This would conventionally be 'downstairs' since many people value a downstairs toilet in a 2 or more storey house. Convenient is used because many properties such as flats, maisonettes or townhouses do not have a conventional 'upstairs' or 'downstairs'.

A 'toilet'

To count as a toilet it must be a separate room with a door. It does not need a bath, shower or basin large enough to wash in; a vanity sink is sufficient. It does not have to have special features for disabled people.

The living room and kitchen level

The feature should highlight properties where someone has access to a toilet, a kitchen and a living room on the same floor level. This level does not have to be the 'downstairs' or ground floor, since townhouses, maisonettes, etc often have arrangements where the living level is not the ground floor.
