In The Property Press

Property Guide
Property newspapers continue to be popular despite the growth in use of, and superiority of options available through, property websites. Given this continued use, and the difficulty accessing the Internet faced by some users, its important that Accessible Features are included in your property paper.
There are two options for incorporating the features:

You can drop the simple version of the terms (wide doors, easy access, etc) into the property text when they occur. An explanatory box would be required in the paper to explain what the terms mean.

The advantage of this is simplicity; both in automating the procedure during production of the paper and in ease of reading for your customer.
You can use a number, letter or symbol to highlight in the property text when the features are available. Again, an explanatory box would be required somewhere on the page.

The advantage of this approach is that it reduces the amount of text required for each property, and therefore in the paper as a whole.

Edinburgh's key to choice property paper

50% of people looking for a house through the City of Edinburgh Council use their weekly Key to Choice newspaper supplement rather than the Council's property website.

Given the short timescale between the paper being published and people having to decide whether to bid for a property, the Council has realised it's newspaper must include information about Accessible Features.
