Since its incorporation in 1971, the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre (ESPC)
has grown to become the leading force in residential property marketing throughout east
central Scotland. In 1997, the ESPC launched its website which gave access to every
property for sale through member firms.
A search facility was built into the redesigned website in 2005 to enable searching by

Charles White is one of Scotland's oldest and most respected professional property
management companies dealing in residential lettings and factoring. During the redesign
of their website in 2005 they incorporated the Accessible Features to increase their
